This clock could well be classified as substantive, to say the least! Constructed from various wood components all carved from cherry, the pieces are then stained in contrasting colors. The clock is mounted under glass and the use of plinth blocks on the corners will make a strong impact against your wall. The dial is recessed inside the outer frame protecting the hands in shipment, and in your home.

Construction & Composition: Most of our clocks and mirrors are carved from large sheets of wood supplied by a Minnesota lumber mill practicing sustainable timber farming. Each piece is then carved on one of our detail carving machines using designs that are created here at our workshop in Ohio. The individual pieces are then hand sanded, finished, and assembled with the clock movement or mirror. Some of the smaller pieces are framed using high quality molding supplied domestically.
