FAQ

Q. How does the process work?
A. We start by providing a quote based on the information provided to us. If the quote is accepted P. Graham Dunn requires full payment before beginning the design process. A layout will be sent back to the customer within 2 weeks. If the layout is approved, the project is put into production. Production usually takes about two weeks. Completed projects can be shipped anywhere or picked up at our factory in Ohio. Canceled projects will be refunded less $25 or 15% (whichever is greater) for design fees. Multiple changes to the layout may incur additional fees.

Q. I like your music plaques, how much to get my favorite song engraved on wood.
A. Music plaques are some of the most difficult items we make. For a laser engraved plaque (like a HFA or ELQ) we would need a high resolution image and pricing would start at $150. Carved signs start at $2000.

Q. How long does it take to make a custom item?
A. We require 4-6 weeks from start to finish. Some items may be turned around in a matter of days, while others may require every bit of 6 weeks. Projects can be rushed, however an additional fee may be required.

Q. How much for a custom carved sign?
A. Prices are quoted on a piece by piece basis. Custom carved signs start at $200.

Q. How much for a custom magnet?
A. Magnets start at $4.99 per unit and require a minimum order of 25. Quantity pricing available.

Q. Can I get my logo engraved on a sign?
A. Yes. There is a minimum one time $25 charge to set up the file. After that you can have your logo engraved on any future projects for no extra charge. Client supplied EPS or AI files produce the best results.

Q. Do you make custom wall vinyls?
A. Yes, just call us with the size of the vinyl you have in mind and we will give you a quote.

Q. May I get my own print mounted to wood or framed?
A. Yes, each piece is unique and pricing will depend on the size of the print, whether we need to have one produced, and framing options.

Q. Do you do custom painted signs?
A. We do not create individual custom painted signs. The cost of creating a screen for printing prohibits selling individually designed items. If you are looking for quantities, we have options.

Q. I am a dealer of P. Graham Dunn product. Do you offer custom services at wholesale?
A. Yes. You must have an account set up with our wholesale division. Order inquiries are accepted by email and fax only. Email inquiries to paul@pgrahamdunn.com or fax to 330-319-8600. All inquiries must include your account name and account number.
