When I first received my order, I found that it had been damaged in shipping. When I call to request a replacement, my request was handled promptly and they immediately sent out a free replacement piece with no questions asked. I never want to receive damaged merchandise, but it’s nice to know a company has the integrity to stand behind it’s product and won’t give you a hard time, or make you jump through hoops if you need to request a damaged product be replaced or refunded.
